What does an investigation cost?

It depends on the matter, and you will know the price before any work begins. Straightforward services have set rates — skip tracing is $125 and routine process service is $165 — and larger investigations are quoted as a package after we understand what you need. Payment is in advance, and there are no surprise charges. Routine service is completed in 48–72 hours. Three attempts are included, with timestamped status updates on every attempt, and every assignment is quoted in writing before work begins.

What do I receive at the end of an investigation?

A written report that states what was done, what was found, and — just as important — what the work did not establish. Where the matter calls for it, reports include dated photographs and a clear chronology, written in the third person so the report can be handed to an attorney or used in a proceeding.

Is my inquiry confidential?
